South Lake Chalet

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in South Lake Chalet #9. Our unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We appreciate the pet friendliness which was perfect for our dog. Check in and out was seamless via texts. Our text questions were answered quickly. We especially enjoyed the large rain shower with great water pressure as well as the toiletries and extra towels. We appreciated the updated kitchenette with microwave, sink, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. The location was great as it was within walking distance of Heavenly Village, local casinos, and the beach. Everything was well thought out and we will be back."

"We liked the modern decor and the room set-up with the fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes, silverware, and sink. And the large bathroom! The property was quiet and we liked that our car could be parked close to our unit. We could easily walk to shopping and restaurants, too! Communication with staff was easy and immediate- they were more than happy to answer any questions we had. If we are ever back in the Tahoe area we will definitely stay here again, and we are now looking for Zenstay properties in other locations for future trips! It was SO much better than staying at a regular hotel/motel."

"South Lake Chalet is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a true mountain feel with modern amenities. The bathroom is beautiful, the ambiance of a fireplace is perfect. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, well sized mini refrigerator/freezer, dishes… They are a remote front desk- not on location - but this was no problem at all because they were readily available through texting or messaging. They quickly addressed and problems or concerns and were helpful and attentive. I highly recommend the chalet. We had an amazing stay."
