"I feel like a five star review is a bit of an understatement for Dolan Toyota, but that’s all I’m allowed! We visited a few used car dealerships and didn’t get any good vibes at all, then I remembered the name because Dolan is so big in our area, and I found that they had my dream car. And it had 30k miles less than any others we had been looking at, had every feature we wanted, and so clean. We had a trade in we were slightly upside down on (only as far as trade value goes) and they gave us the best price and helped us walk away under our max payment! Brandon Jones was incredible to work with. He is friendly, knows his stuff, SO efficient, has a calm demeanor, and just so kind and seemed legitimately happy for us and our purchase. Stevie in finance hooked us up, he was awesome. Definitely one of those experiences that makes you go, “wow, I won’t be going anywhere else now.” And that says so much about a company, their integrity, and just being good humans. "I'm currently leasing a car from Dolan toyota and the level of care I received with my 5k service was amazing! They sent me photo and video of my car as it was going through the process to keep me updated and informed. They were speedy and offered me a ride service if I needed to go anywhere during the appointment. Most recently, I had a tire pop the day before New Year's Eve and they towed my car to Dolan dealership until I could get in touch with them. The following day I was pleased to see they were open on the holiday!
