"We rented e-bikes from Vista Trail Bikes Bike Rentals and had an amazing experience! The customer service was truly top notch from start to finish. A few days before our ride, we stopped in to ask about rentals and spoke with the gentleman at the counter. He took the time to help us choose the best day during our trip to come back, even suggesting we wait until Sunday for better weather. He could’ve easily rented to us right then, but instead he gave honest advice — and we really appreciated that! We came back on Sunday and had the best day riding e-bikes on the lake. Our family visited Rocky Point Vista, Hidden Beach, Emerald Cove, and our favorite spot, Sand Harbor State Park. The bikes were great, the views were beautiful, and the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely rent from them again the next time we’re in town!"

"We had an amazing experience at this rental shop! Its just a little bit pricey but definitely worth it! Book online, get to the store and pick your bike. There was no wait for us! The staff was really helpful! And it definitely helps a lot when they provide a map for the trail. We booked it for 3 hours and it was more than enough for us to explore the entire trail and a bit more exploring around the area! We picked E-Bike and it was the best decision. "We had an excellent experience starting with the ease of booking to the check in where Collin gave us such a wonderful welcome and guidance on how to use the e-bikes and about the suggested trail. The whole process was seamless. The trail map provided was great and we saw the most incredible scenery! What an amazing day spent exploring on the bikes out in nature.
