"Amazing view and Historical past. There is a path to view also the tea house has history to learn about. There's no dogs are allowed on trail so I was able to see the historical end of it. However I did enjoy the view from a top, pay a parking fee and enjoy."
"Emerald Bay is absolutely enchanting, with breathtaking vistas from the lookout. The views of the bay and Fannette Island are unforgettable. Parking can be challenging on a busy summer day, and there is an hourly fee of $10. The trail down to the water is a steep 2-mile hike, which can be difficult for older visitors, but the lookout itself provides stunning scenery without the effort."
"We arrived at 8:30am on a weekday, and the paid lot was 90% full. Roadside parking was empty. When we left about three hours later, the lot was full with people waiting on the road to be let in, and most of the roadside spots were taken. The trail was fairly easy — it’s the service road for the visitor center, kayak rentals, etc. The scenery was beautiful, which is why this place is so popular."
